Dear all, after long considerations and as a last resort, I dare to post this on facebook.
I'm looking for my biological parents, but this piece of paper is the only lead I have.
I was born in rumah bersalin "Ibu Moertini" a small clinic on jalan Mangga Besar IVR/113 Jakarta.
I went to the address 4 years ago (2011) but the clinic is all long gone, ibu Moertini (the owner) passed away in 1994 and the oldest son had kept all files until 2004.
